» TEASING CHARMER
Eames teases people quite a lot throughout the movie, such as Saito in the elevator or Arthur with the grenade launcher. He's a charming man, who uses humor to deflect or ease tension in situations.
» SMART/CREATIVE
He's really quite clever, too. He comes up with a lot of the plan for inception, and uses some not-everyday words when talking about the situation, as well as getting in the mind of the target. He thinks outside the box, and that's what helps him get ahead.
» SECRETLY KIND
Jerk with a heart of gold. When push comes to shove, he's a good guy. He shows that when he banters with Saito as he dies in the dream, and he shows that with Cobb when he commiserates over him (Cobb) not getting to see his (Cobb's) children again.
» SHAKY MORALS
He is a thief, though, and does take things from people as well as invade their minds. In my mind, he's a bit removed from the consequences of his actions, and therefore it's easier for him to do these crimes.
» TEMPER
He does have a bit of a temper, which flares when Cobb tells them he's tricked them into doing a really dangerous job that could end with them going insane. He almost quits the entire job, but is forced to keep going.
» JERK
Again, jerk with a heart of gold, but a jerk. He can be a bit of an asshole, tipping Arthur's chair while he's leaning back in it, being a thief, tricking Saito just to hear his startled reply.
