Personality:
- Fascinated with people: An important part of Eames is that his biggest fascination is with people. It's his job, but it's more than that. Each new one he meets is like a fascinating new puzzle for him to work out. This goes with his forging. He needs to pay attention to people's mannerisms, accents, etc etc, to make a convincing forge.
- Creative: He's got a boundless imagination that he puts to good use throughout the inception job. Cobb even admits that Eames has an imagination in Mombasa, and Cobb doesn't give out compliments willy-nilly. A lot of the ideas in the planning phase, actually, are proposed by Eames, such as how to phrase the idea they're planting with, using 'a lovely lady that [he's] used before' as a forge to help with the Mr. Charles plan, and how to structure the dream.
- Charming: With his love for people comes an extraordinary amount of charm and humor. He's charming with his back and forth banter with comically serious Arthur. Saito seems less charmed but it's still pretty charming when Eames uses his forge to mess with him in the elevator, and then also when Saito repeats the line 'There's no room for tourists on this job,' while he's dying and Eames says 'Don't be silly.'
- Laid-back: He's a pretty laid-back guy and goes with the flow. He has to be good at working on the fly in the inception job. He uses the blonde forge without having practiced right before the job, he materializes a grenade launcher to take care of some projections in the second level, and he takes down most of the militarized projections in the third level.
- Temper: He has a bit of a temper when he's put in a bad situation. He's angry that Cobb withheld the information that if they die in the dream, instead of waking up like usual, they'll drop into limbo (unconstructed dreamspace that you could be stuck in for years, maybe even infinitely, and where you could be driven crazy or even forget who you are and what happened.) and makes a snippy comment at Cobb, even says he's sitting it out until Cobb points out that they will get killed if they stay behind because it will be impossible to outrun them for a week. He's snippy when Cobb tells him he only has an hour because he was supposed to have 'all night to crack this'.
Sex: Eames is bisexual, more attracted to men than women but still very much attracted to women. He's fine with casual sex, and wouldn't really be offended by the situation at all. He doesn't just get pleasure from the actual sex, he gets pleasure from seeing a person vulnerable, from working them up, seeing what makes them tick sexually.

I'm working on a little project. Nowhere near done, but I could use some investors to get it moving along. A more modern dance club and bar. Obviously, eventually, I'd be looking for some employees, but at the moment, I need some help with the finances.
